RESULTS & Certificates

1. Results can be collected from the ME School Examination Office. They can be posted to you if you leave a stamped addressed envelop with the office.

2. Certificates are normally received 1 months after the results. If you don't collect them within 3 months then we will shred it due to confidentiality issues.  To reclaim them costs us between £40-50. 

You can reclaim directly from the board or by paying us the cost fee. If you claim within the same year we will not charge you our administration fee. If you claim after the year we will charge you £10 for administration.

Clash of EXAMS

JCQ has forbidden any transfer of students to happen between centers during clashes of exams. Hence, you need to check for clashes before registering for exams.

 

PLEASE CHECK FOR TIMINGS AND ARRIVE 15 Minutes EARLY. BRING IN YOUR PASSPORT IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY. FOR ENTRY ON THE DAY YOU WILL NEED YOUR PASSPORT AND FULL FEED INCLUDING £70 VERY LATE FEE.

 You will need your passport copy to register. We may take your finger print to ensure entry is genuine as per JCQ Regulations.

 Rules & Protocols

  1. Candidates need to bring a copy of an ID like a passport, driving licence or student card. Your full name and date of birth will be registered according to the ID you provide.

  2. Candidates need to complete the registration by 1st October or 31st January for January or June exams respectively. Failing this the late fee will be double or triple.

  3. Candidate will be responsible for checking and verifying all the coding of the entries. The ME School will only advice on the codes for your exams.

  4. Full fees will be paid at the registration. No registration will be done if full fees are not paid. If paying by cheque which bounces the registration will be cancelled and you will incur a bank charge and possibly a late fee.

  5. The fees for exams do not include any tuition

  6. Once registered there is no cancellation of any exam or coursework

  7. The examination result is dependent entirely on the candidate performance. There is no redress from ME School for any poor performance from the candidate.

  8. Candidate must come on time, otherwise, will be denied entry to the exam.

  9. Candidate will obey all instructions & rules from arrival till finish, otherwise, the centre reserves the right to take action including calling the police or informing the exam board of suspicious behaviour.

  10. January exams results will be released at the end of March and June exams results will be released at the end of August of the same year. The certificates are received 6 weeks after the results. Candidates must collect the results and certificate within the first six months of the exam. If not the certificates will be returned to the examination board and then will incur a fee of £45 for it to be reissued. Any additional copies of the results will incur a fee of £2.00

  11. If there is any attempt to defraud the centre in any way, the examination will be cancelled and the JCQ and the police will be notified. There may be legal action taken in such a case.

Late fee add £120 per exam - After mid February or end of September. Very late fee of £180 will be charged if exams are registed a six weeks or less before the exams

WARNING TO ALL CANDIDATES

 

1.              You must be on time for all your examinations

2.            You must not become involved in any unfair or dishonest practice in any part of the examination

3.         You must not:

i.              Sit an examination in the name of another candidate

ii.            Have in your possession any unauthorised material or equipment which might give you an unfair advantage

4.             Possession of unauthorised material is breaking the rules, even if you do not intend to use it, and you will be subject to penalty and possible disqualification

5.              You must not talk to, attempt to communicate with or disturb other candidates once you have entered the examination room

6.              You must follow the instructions of the invigilator

7.              If you are in any doubt speak to the invigilator

No data or record of any kind not given to you as part of your exam to be used

No possession of mobile phones or iPad or any other electronic device with internet, communication or date storage facility.

No eating or chewing

Only water bottle less than 250ml is allowed

Start on time and cannot go before time is finished

Hand all work in at the end including loose sheets

Put candidate number of paper with your full name

Make sure your attendance is ticked!
